*Job Title:* Fleet Maintenance Coordinator
*Location:* Remote (Mohali, India)
*Experience:* 3+ years
*Type:* Full-Time
*Requirements:*
- Experience coordinating fleet maintenance (trucks/s commercial vehicles)
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and compliance (FMCSA/NCSA)
- Experience with fleet management software (Fleetio, Samsara, MaintainX)
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and repair shops
- Strong communication skills (coordinate with drivers, ops team)
- Must be based in Mohali with reliable internet
- EST Shift hours
*Preferred:*
- Cross-border logistics experience (Canada–U.S.)
- Telematics platform experience (Samsara, Geotab)
- English, Punjabi, Spanish and French would be a plus
- Refrigerated trailer maintenance knowledge
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and manage PM schedules for tractors and trailers
- Coordinate with Canadian repair shops and roadside providers
- Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. safety standards
- Track DOT inspections, repair histories, DVIRs
- Monitor telematics data and proactively flag maintenance needs
- Manage parts inventory and maintenance costs
- Generate reports on downtime and compliance
