Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Executive, based in Gurugram. The Fleet Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, optimizing fleet performance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, scheduling and supervising vehicles, and coordinating with drivers and team members. The role involves maintaining accurate records, tracking shipments, and ensuring the seamless execution of supply chain activities. Building strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, with an understanding of coordination and optimization processes
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to foster effective interaction with clients and stakeholders
- Sales experience with a focus on creating and building relationships
- Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using logistics and fleet management software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
◆ Key Responsibilities
➤Coordinate with drivers for daily trips and operations
➤ Manage loading and unloading activities
➤ Ensure proper dispatch and timely delivery of goods
➤ Monitor vehicle movement through GPS tracking systems
➤ Assist in implementation and usage of TMS (Transport Management System)
➤ Track and control operational expenses
➤ Maintain daily operational and expense records
➤ Handle field-level coordination and issue resolution
➤ Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and asset health tracking

➤ Basic knowledge of logistics and freight operations
➤ Driver coordination and communication skills
➤ System knowledge with ability to operate operational software/tools
➤ Familiarity with GPS systems and TMS tools
