( Note:Candidate selected for Zirakpur have to handle operations at Parwanoo & UNA as well with supervision of approximately 10 vehicles across these sites)
◆ Role & Responsibilities
➤Manage freight operations and driver coordination
➤Ensure proper loading, unloading, and dispatch timing ➤Ensure timely movement and delivery of goods
➤Oversee field operations and execution activities
➤Support implementation of operational systems and processes
◆ Key Responsibilities
➤Coordinate with drivers for daily trips and operations
➤Manage loading and unloading activities
➤Ensure proper dispatch and timely delivery of goods
➤Monitor vehicle movement through GPS tracking systems
➤Assist in implementation and usage of TMS (Transport Management System) ➤Track and control operational expenses
➤Maintain daily operational and expense records
➤Handle field-level coordination and issue resolution
➤Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and asset health tracking
◆ Required Skills
➤Basic knowledge of logistics and freight operations
➤Driver coordination and communication skills
➤System knowledge with ability to operate operational software/tools
➤Familiarity with GPS systems and TMS tools
➤Time management and multitasking capability
➤Fieldwork readiness and operational adaptability
