Role Description
This is a fast-paced operational role involving rider interaction, lead follow-ups, onboarding coordination, payment follow-ups, and daily fleet support.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with telecalling, follow-ups, operational coordination, and working in a startup environment.
- Calling and following up with rider leads from platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, referrals, and other lead sources
- Explaining rental plans, pricing, and onboarding process to riders
- Coordinating rider onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation
- Scheduling rider visits and vehicle handovers
- Handling rider queries and support coordination
- Updating lead sheets, onboarding status, and operational trackers
- Maintaining accurate rider and follow-up records
- Sharing daily updates on calls, leads, and onboarding activities
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, operations coordination, rider onboarding, customer support, or sales support
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and basic English
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume calling and rider interaction
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel preferred
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
