Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fleet Coordinator role based in New Delhi. The Fleet Coordinator will oversee daily fleet operations, monitor the movement of vehicles, and ensure the efficient utilization of resources. Duties include managing fleet schedules, coordinating with drivers and clients, addressing operational challenges, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods. The role also involves collaborating with the operations team to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management to monitor, coordinate, and optimize transportation resources
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with clients, drivers, and team members
- Experience in Operations Management for maintaining schedules, resolving day-to-day challenges, and ensuring smooth process flow
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with transport sector regulations and logistics technology is a plus
- Relevant experience in fleet coordination or logistics; a degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred
