Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Coach located in Coimbatore. The Fleet Coach will be responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring delivery partners to ensure operational excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing compliance with safety and quality standards, troubleshooting fleet-related concerns, and driving performance improvements through coaching and support. The role involves maintaining high levels of communication and fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere among team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in team mentoring, coaching, and people management
- Knowledge of fleet operations, logistics, or delivery processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Effective organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with basic data analysis and reporting
- Adaptability and problem-solving aptitude in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or related fields is an advantage
- Basic educational qualifications, with a focus on practical and operational skills
