Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Fleet Coach at Blinkit. The Fleet Coach will oversee the management and training of delivery partners to ensure high service quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include onboarding new fleet partners, conducting regular training sessions, addressing concerns and queries, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and monitoring overall fleet performance to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills
- Experience in team coordination, leadership, and training delivery
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and fleet management best practices
- Proficiency in tools and software used for logistics tracking and reporting
- Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in fleet or logistics management roles is an advantage
