**About the Team & Role**
Fleek is a diverse set of individuals with the single mission of making second-hand the first choice while promoting circular fashion and building a beautiful product experience. Our team of 50+ people spans 7+ countries, with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley, and more.
As our Warehouse Operation Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire warehouse process—from quality control (QC) to ensuring timely order dispatch. You’ll work closely with our fulfillment team, manage hold and RTV orders, and lead team performance tracking. Your insights and proactive approach will help optimize warehouse operations, contributing directly to our business growth.
**What You’ll do**
* Oversee Quality Control (QC), ensuring accountability from QC teams.
* Track and report on QC complaints.
* Manage Hold Orders, ensuring timely dispatch of approved orders.
* Align and coordinate RTV orders with the fulfillment team for prompt processing.
* Ensure accurate cancellation reasons and follow-up on order fulfillment status.
* Manage fleet vendor relationships, driver relations, and payouts.
* Oversee failed order pickups and ensure accurate reason tagging.
* Provide daily operations visibility with backlog reports for the supply team.
* Monitor packing operations for efficiency and quality control.
**Who are you?**
* 1+ year of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar field (retail or e-commerce preferred).
* Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis for performance optimization.
* Solid business acumen to understand how warehouse operations impact overall success.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills to work effectively with fleet vendors, drivers, and internal teams.
* Strong communication skills for seamless interaction with team members and external partners.
