About The Role
We are looking for a technical and analytical CRM Lead to own the development of our CRM program. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the CRM agenda in partnership with Product, Data, and Engineering. As an early member of the CRM pod, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of the program from the ground up and leverage Fleek’s wealth of content to activate and retain buyers and sellers.
What You’ll Do
CRM setup and Tech - act as a thought leader on all things CRM Tech; partner with Product, Eng, and Data to drive our priorities forward;CRM roadmap - work cross-functionally to define and prioritize the CRM roadmap with the aim of activating and retaining buyers and sellers through personalized and automated comms on owned and operated channels (Email, SMS, Push, Chat);Lifecycle Triggers & Comms - own our core event stack in partnership with Product; deeply understand our buyers and sellers base to drive customized comms based on highly scalable triggers.A/B Testing - build and grow a high-velocity testing framework aimed at constantly increasing testing throughput and reducing ship-time to production. Partner with other functions to construct a testing framework that drive incremental GMV;Creative & Messaging - develop scalable and qualitative insights-backed creatives to be deployed on owned channels;
Requirements
As a key member of an early-stage startup in hyper-growth you must be willing and able to wear multiple hats. The key requirements for this role are:
Expertise - brings previous experience building CRM programs; experience setting up and scaling tools like MoEngage, Braze, and leveraging tools like Segment and BigQuery;Analytical - highly analytical with knowledge of metrics, funnel conversion/optimization, data structure, web analytics/tracking, attribution, payback/ltv, etc;Strategic - able to think outside the box with a 'solutions-first' approach;Collaboration - capable of operating in ambiguously defined roles and collaborating closely with adjacent functions (Product, Design, Data, Content) and across pillars;Communication - effect and persuasive oral and written communicator;Execute / hands-dirty - capable of getting hands dirty and going from idea to execution and pushing org to change;Customer instincts - obsesses over the customer.
