About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Flavourist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and creating flavour solutions for various food and beverage applications while meeting customer expectations and market requirements.
The role requires strong technical expertise in flavour creation, formulation development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities-
· Develop and create flavour formulations independently for various food and beverage applications.
· Create customized flavour solutions for clients, including flavour duplications, new flavour creations, and modifications to existing profiles.
· Modify flavour formulations and ingredients to optimize cost while maintaining product quality and desired flavour profiles.
· Convert natural flavours into artificial flavours and vice versa based on project requirements.
· Provide technical flavour-related support to internal teams and external customers.
· Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
· Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Sales & Marketing, and Production teams to resolve technical challenges and support product development activities.
· Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure the best pricing and quality of raw materials.
· Prepare detailed technical analyses, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
· Stay updated with industry trends, new ingredients, and emerging technologies in flavour development.
Qualifications & Experience-
· M.Sc. in Food Technology or an equivalent qualification.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in flavour creation and flavour development.
· Strong knowledge of flavour ingredients, formulation techniques, and food applications.
· Experience in handling customer projects and technical problem-solving.
· Good understanding of food industry regulations and quality standards.
· Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
