Project Manager

Hi, I'm Kieran, CEO at FlatPlan. We work with media companies to deliver breaking news articles to millions of people on Apple devices. We're a small, passionate team that work closely with some incredible companies including Formula One, Premier League, and Apple. We have big plans – to transform how news media reaches readers – and central to those plans is an exceptional project manager. Your Role As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating and executing projects across teams, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality. With experience in SCRUM and a background in Agile methodologies, you'll work closely with stakeholders across development, customer success, support and leadership to streamline processes, overcome challenges and deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks and oversee all project phases from inception to completion. SCRUM Facilitation: Act as the SCRUM Leader, conducting stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions. Team Coordination: Work across multiple teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between development, customer success, support, and leadership. Time Tracking and Reporting: Establish and maintain systems to track project timelines, deliverable,s and team effort, ensuring transparency and accountability. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and quality. Performance Tracking: Define and monitor project KPIs, keeping all stakeholders informed on progress and challenges. Process Improvement: Continuously improve project delivery processes, incorporating feedback from teams and customers.
