We’re looking for a Founding Presales Executive to work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to turn prospects into delighted customers. You’ll help translate brand needs into customized, technically sound, and visually impactful mixed reality solutions.

Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Capital with participation from Dovetail and select others, bringing the total funding to $22 million.

The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
  • Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
  • Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.


Role Overview: Presales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Understand client goals and craft presales strategies leveraging Flam’s MR

platform and AI tools.

  • Demo Ownership: Deliver tailored product walkthroughs and presentations to C-level executives,

brand leads, and agency partners.

  • Proposal Development: Build pitch decks, case studies, creative mockups, and feasibility

assessments aligned with client objectives.

  • RFPs & POCs: Support the sales team with technical and creative inputs for RFP responses and

proof-of-concept demos.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with product, design, and engineering to scope and align

campaign requirements with platform capabilities.

  • Feedback Loop: Capture client needs and pain points to help refine product and go-to-market

strategies.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, brand strategy, or technical sales support—preferably in adtech, martech, SaaS, or creative tech.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to connect creative ideas to business impact.
  • Comfort with pitching to marketers, brand managers, and digital decision-makers.
  • Basic familiarity with digital campaign workflows, AR/VR/WebAR, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—visual + verbal.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to work at the intersection of technology and creativity.
