Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Flagship Program Interns Training position located in Quilon, Kerala. The selected individual will assist in coordinating and managing flagship training programs, ensuring comprehensive and effective delivery to participants. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing program schedules, facilitating training sessions, engaging with participants to address their needs, maintaining records of program outcomes, and assisting in the development of training materials. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to evaluate and improve training programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and participants' career development needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Program Management to coordinate and oversee comprehensive training projects
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to clearly convey training objectives and engage effectively with participants
- Experience in Training delivery and creating impactful learning environments
- Customer Service skills to address participant needs and enhance their learning experience
- Quick adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in conducting technical or non-technical training programs is a plus
