Job Overview : We are looking for an Analyst/Associate who can analyze data and create client-ready reports to generate insights on banking industry trends and business opportunities
Key Responsibility : Support senior team members in preparing and validating client reports, analytics, and deliverables using proprietary databases
- Assist Research Managers in developing data-driven consulting programs
- Create custom reports to identify business opportunities and assess competitor strengths & weaknesses
- Review, edit, and analyze market commentary
- Structure survey responses or revenue data and extract actionable trends
- Evaluate industry and bank trends against competitive benchmarks
- Track team-wide tasks and initiatives, reporting status proactively
- Respond to client queries based on primary or secondary research data
Must-Have Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation
- Hands Experience in Python at least 1 years
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
- Clear written and verbal communication
Good-to-Have Skills
- Global Market work experience
- Experience in research, consulting, or analytics
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
