Software Engineer II - Connectors

About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer for our Connector development team to drive improved performance, reliability, and analytical power for our customers looking to understand their own production database. The work is very diverse — all the way from patching software to building database drivers to optimizing the behavior of sync services operating on our global Kubernetes compute cluster. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the technical excellence of your team and owned services, by reviewing code, contributing to architectural designs, and mentoring your junior colleagues. This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
