About the role

The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues and ensure our customers have a seamless experience with our cloud contact center solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing solutions to customer challenges. You will also participate in the development of knowledge base articles and training materials to help our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
