Senior Online Accountant & Bookkeeper ( Online )

We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Online Accountant & Bookkeeper to manage the financial records and reporting for our growing appliance business. This is a full-time, remote position for someone with 7+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting, ideally within retail or service industries. 💼 Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly financial records Prepare and analyze financial reports: profit & loss, cash flow, balance sheet, sales performance Track and manage accounts payable and receivable Manage payroll records and assist with expense reimbursements Oversee inventory tracking and cost of goods sold (COGS) Work directly with the business owner to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions Maintain accurate digital records and ensure financial compliance Use accounting and bookkeeping software (such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, or equivalent)
