<li>Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.</li>
<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.</li>
<li>Providing information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes.</li>
<li>Assisting clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals.</li>
<li>Investigating and resolving customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.</li>
<li>Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.</li>
