Role description:
We are looking for a skilled Fitter and Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling industrial machines such as shredders, conveyors, and recycling plants.This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Fitter and Welder. The Fitter and Welder will be responsible for assembling and welding components for custom machinery, following technical blueprints, and operating tools and equipment.
* Perform strong and clean CO₂ (MIG) & Arc welding
* Cutting, fitting, and joining metal parts as per drawings
* Machine assembly (bolts, bearings, motors, etc.)
* Read and understand basic engineering drawings
* Ensure quality, accuracy, and safety in all work
Requirements:
* ITI or relevant experience
* Experience in fabrication and machine assembly
* Knowledge of Arc & CO₂ welding
Salary:
15,000 to 24,000 Depends on the relevant experience.
