Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Fitness Studio Manager – Sales & Client Experience, located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will oversee daily studio operations, manage client relationships, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales and membership expansion, coordinating with staff, planning studio activities, and implementing strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency. You will lead a team, motivate staff, and execute initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Proficiency in Sales and Team Leadership to drive membership growth and motivate team members toward achieving targets.
- Experience in Project Management to coordinate studio operations and implement improvement strategies successfully.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An understanding of the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
