📌 Your Impactful Responsibilities:
- Lead- Ability to lead a team of 8 peoples to set goals and help CEO grow the business.
- Improve Web Development- Coordinate with developers for website updates and technical issues.
- Improve company processes- Have the team improve the company processes to improve efficiency in social media, graphic design, web development and manufacturing.
- Track progress- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Meetings management- must be able to run meeting in an effective manners.
✅ Must-Haves:
- Strong desire to lead.
- Must have perfect speaking ability in front of team members.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Quick learner.
🌟 Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in IT management, project management, or e-commerce operations.
- Background or strong interest in fitness
- Experience conducting competitor analysis on Instagram and Facebook
- Excellent writing and editing capabilities
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate with international teams.
📅 Work Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM PST - 4:30 PM PST Los Angeles time
💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience
