Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Fitness Sales Specialist. The Fitness Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential and existing clients to promote fitness programs and services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, conducting consultations, and maintaining relationships with fitness clients. The role also involves supporting the development of sales strategies and participating in client training initiatives to ensure optimal satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Experience in Training and the ability to educate clients on fitness programs and related benefits.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for fitness and a basic understanding of fitness programs is a plus.
- Relevant experience or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
