Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities of this role include driving sales of fitness services and products, providing excellent customer service, and effectively managing customer inquiries. The role also involves conducting training sessions, developing sales strategies, and maintaining client relationships. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and promoting fitness awareness are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries
- Proven Sales skills with experience in selling fitness products or services
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, with an ability to motivate and guide team members
- Prior experience or passion for the fitness and wellness industry is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
