About The Opportunity
Industry: Premium Hospitality, Luxury & Fashion-led Fitness and Wellness sector. This on-site role supports boutique hotel fitness studios, luxury wellness centres and fashion-forward lifestyle gyms serving high-net-worth guests and discerning retail clients across India. Primary title alignment: Fitness Sales Associate (on-site) focused on membership sales, guest experience and boutique retail activation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive membership and class-package sales by proactively converting walk-ins, hotel guests and retailer referrals into long-term clients.
- Manage daily front-desk operations: schedule appointments, process payments via POS, and maintain accurate client records in booking/CRM systems.
- Execute targeted upsell campaigns for premium services, retail product lines and personal-training add-ons to increase average revenue per guest.
- Qualify leads and follow up on enquiries—manage outbound communication, trial bookings and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences: onboarding, facility tours, program recommendations and timely resolution of client issues.
- Track sales KPIs, prepare brief daily/weekly reports, and collaborate with operations and marketing to optimise promotions and in-club merchandising.
