Job Title: Fitness Sales Associate

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Fitness Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting our fitness services, and driving membership growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively reaching out to potential customers and leads to promote the studio and offer free trial sessions
- Managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and maintaining strong client relationships
- Converting leads into memberships by effectively presenting our packages and plans
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems and tracking daily/weekly sales data
- Coordinating follow-ups with leads and ensuring a high conversion rate
- Supporting overall sales and marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently pitch services and close sales
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data management (Excel or similar tools)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
