The Role


As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about driving employer engagement and fostering meaningful partnerships, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact.


What You’ll Do:


  • Manage the implementation process for new employers, ensuring that survey and new member targets are met, and employer terms are signed.
  • Meet with clients to create promotional opportunities and activation events, driving member growth and solidifying partnerships.
  • Drive the employer onboarding process, following company procedures to ensure a smooth transition and adoption.
  • Utilise your influencing skills to increase survey responses and program uptake.
  • Employ marketing strategies, hold Q&A sessions, and share facilitator training videos to boost program awareness.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align policies, employer terms, and provide updates.
  • Keep internal systems and expense trackers (marketing and travel expenses) up to date.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports on progress and key metrics.
  • Perform other duties as required.


About You


  • Professional communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and collaborative skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and basic data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, site visits, or industry events
  • Process-driven with an eye for detail.
  • Confident in managing deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent at prioritising tasks and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Skilled in building and leveraging relationships with clients and team members alike.
