Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Manager based in Jagadhri, Haryana. The Fitness Manager will oversee Sales, daily operations, ensure the smooth running of the facility, and lead a team of fitness professionals. Responsibilities include organizing group exercise and training sessions, managing personal training services, supervising gym activities, and creating fitness programs that meet members' needs while ensuring health and safety compliance. The Fitness Manager will also play a key role in enhancing member experiences and achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sale driven approach.
- Experience in Group Exercise and Group Training programs
- Strong knowledge of the Fitness Industry and Personal Training techniques
- Understanding of Exercise Physiology and its application in fitness programming
- Leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Certification in fitness training or related fields is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related discipline is a plus
