About the Role
Conducting proper evaluation, protocol implementation and training services online. Evaluating strengths and weaknesses of clients, considering their medical conditions, recording the progression through program stages, and recommending/implementing protocol or program changes as required. Instructing, individual program development, and personal training services online to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proper evaluation and protocol implementation.
- Provide training services online.
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of clients.
- Consider clients' medical conditions.
- Record progression through program stages.
- Recommend/implement protocol or program changes as required.
- Instruct individual program development.
- Provide personal training services online to clients.
Qualifications
- A health and fitness enthusiast.
- Must have knowledge about Weight Loss and Workout progression.
- Certified fitness trainer.
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Immediate joiner is preferred.
