Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fit-out Manager, based in Madurai or Erode . The Fit-out Manager will oversee all aspects of fit-out activities of retailers in our malls, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. Key responsibilities include reviewing architectural and interior drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with designers, contractors, and mall tenants to ensure the successful delivery of fit-out projects.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management, Site Supervision, and Construction Monitoring
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Architectural and Interior Design drawings
- Experience with Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination, including contractors and tenants
- Excellent Problem-solving and Conflict-resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Safety and Compliance regulations related to construction and fit-out projects
- Effective Communication and Leadership skills to manage teams and client relations
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
- Experience in retail and mall fit-out management will be an advantage
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
