Job Summary
We are looking for an detail-oriented Fit-Out Engineer to oversee the complete execution of interior projects, ensuring spaces are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Review architectural and interior drawings to identify issues and improvements
* Plan and schedule project timelines for civil, joinery, and MEP works
* Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients
* Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
* Monitor project costs and manage materials procurement
* Conduct final inspections, prepare snag lists, and handle project handover
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil , Architecture, or Interior Design
* 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of construction and MEP systems
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Good communication and coordination skills
