<strong>About the Role</strong><br> Provides high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring efficient operation of daily business activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Executive Assistant acts as a liaison between executives, team members, and vendors, supporting Fit Fusion’s growth in the Crunch network. Additionally, the position plays a vital part in overseeing and coordinating brand excellence throughout the network to monitor member experience and compliance.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Manage executive meetings, projects, and cross-collaborate with the executive team on implementation of strategic initiatives</li>
<li>Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.</li>
<li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li>
<li>Assist in planning and executing company events and workshops.</li>
<li>Track and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports.</li>
<li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new staff members.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li>
<li>Partner with Fit Fusion leadership team advancing company growth and preparation for new location openings</li>
<li>Coordinate and collaborate with Crunch corporate on brand excellence to assess member experience, staff performance, and adherence to company standards.</li>
<li>Analyze secret shop reports and provide actionable feedback to leadership and staff for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Schedule and monitor secret shop visits across various fitness locations, ensuring thorough coverage and objective evaluations.</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings and partnership with Crunch corporate with an emphasis on building the franchisee/franchisor relationship</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred;</li>
<li>Experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry;</li>
<li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities;</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;</li>
<li>Proficiency with office software, scheduling tools, and fitness management platforms;</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;</li>
<li>Experience or familiarity with secret shop programs and quality assurance processes is an asset; </li>
<li>Ability to analyze and interpret evaluation data for ongoing service improvement.</li>
