As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer you are responsible for selling and servicing personal insurance policies to individuals, building relationships with clients, and generating new business. Join our Personal Lines Team; market, sell, service, renew and cross sell our current book. We are looking for a fully remote or in office licensed producer to help grow our Personal Lines Division. Newly licensed producers, recent retirees, stay at home parents, and/or recent college grads will be considered when licensed.

We deliberately do not post salary because we offer an uncapped incentive plan or competitive Draw against Commission, Base Salary Plus Commission, or Commission only plan.....you decide what you want to earn and we will work with you to help get you there.
We are Family Owned and Operated who pays higher New Business and Renewal Commission percentages than most other Retail Insurance Agencies do.

Insurance Producer Responsibilities:
Manage and Service Personal Auto, Home, Recreational, etc policies for the Agency
Renewals
Meet or exceed established new business production goals.
Identify and contact new clients through various prospecting methods, which include (but not limited to) Agency provided leads, target lists and rounding out Agency current book of business.
Meet with, present, and counsel commercial and/or personal insureds concerning insurance protection and coverage.
Manage sales process from quoting to closing.
Solicit referrals on your own by "pounding the pavement" and from existing clients, internet and new business calls received.
Utilize agency management system and other agency applications.
Stay up to date on insurance products and industry trends.
Maintain an active Property & Casualty license through continuing education.
Requirements
P&C License Required; Prior insurance experience a plus, but not required . 1+ years of prior sales experience preferred, but not required. All inquiries will remain completely confidential. Submit cover letter, resume of qualifications and compensation requirements via email.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
