</div><div>Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial client base in the Las Vegas area. This is a territory-building role — you'll be out in the field, meeting business owners and property managers face to face, writing estimates on the spot, and closing your own accounts.<br><br>

<strong>What the job actually looks like:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Monday–Friday, daytime hours only — no nights, no weekends</li>
<li>You set your own daily route and manage your own pipeline</li>
<li>Most of your sales will come from consistent follow-up, not one-call closes</li>
<li>Uniforms and training provided</li>

<strong>What you'll earn:<br></strong><br>

<li>Base salary plus commission</li>
<li>Reps who follow our system consistently earn $45,000–$55,000. Your results will depend on your activity</li>
<li>Income grows directly with the accounts you build and keep</li>

<li>Comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the business</li>
<li>Organized enough to follow up consistently — this is where the money is made</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver's license</li>
<li>Sales experience is a plus, but coachable and persistent matters more</li>
