</div><div>Fish Window Cleaning is looking for a motivated, high-energy <strong>Franchise Recruiter</strong> to join our Franchise Development Team at our Headquarters in Chesterfield, Missouri.<br><br>
</div><div>This is not a traditional recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who combines the instincts of a recruiter with the drive and communication skills of a salesperson. In this role, you’ll actively identify and engage potential franchise candidates, build relationships, qualify opportunities, and help introduce people to the possibility of business ownership.<br><br>
</div><div>If you’re proactive, persuasive, organized, and comfortable using LinkedIn and social media platforms to source and connect with prospects, we’d love to meet you.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Identify and source potential franchise candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other online platforms</li>
<li>Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, text, and social media messaging</li>
<li>Build strong first impressions and establish rapport with prospective franchise owners</li>
<li>Qualify candidates and guide them through the early stages of the franchise development process</li>
<li>Schedule introductory calls for Franchise Development Managers</li>
<li>Maintain and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline</li>
<li>Conduct territory and market research</li>
<li>Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives</li>
<li>Support Discovery Day and “Meet the Team” events</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records, reporting, and CRM updates</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing and Franchise Development teams on recruiting strategies and campaigns</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, franchise development, business development, or related fields</li>
<li>Strong sales mindset with the ability to influence, engage, and build relationships</li>
<li>Experience sourcing candidates and leads through LinkedIn and social media platforms is required</li>
<li>Franchise industry experience is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and within a team environment</li>
<li>Positive, professional, and energetic attitude</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HubSpot CRM experience is a plus</li>
<li>Must live in or be willing to relocate to the St. Louis area</li>
