This role bridges the gap between creative production and technical execution. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for our fishing tackle products and translating that content into high-converting product pages.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Create and edit high-quality videos, graphics, and animations for various platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop compelling multimedia campaigns.</li>
<li>Manage social media content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.</li>
<li>Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.</li>
<li>Optimize multimedia content for SEO and engagement across digital channels.</li>
<li>Assist in the development of multimedia presentations and promotional materials.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.</li>
<li>Assist in warehouse operations as needed</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in multimedia content creation or digital marketing.</li>
<li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through multimedia.</li>
<li>A background in or passion for fishing (specifically PNW species like Salmon, Steelhead, and Trout) is highly preferred.</li>
