Software Test Analyst Senior

Overview The Software Test Analyst Senior is responsible for the management and execution of complex test plans and scenarios for enterprise-level software solutions. This position requires strong technical skills in designing and executing test cases, analyzing test results, and reporting on the quality of software functionality. The Software Test Analyst Senior will work closely with the development team to ensure that all software solutions meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and analyze complex test plans and scenarios for enterprise-level software solutions - Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design test cases accordingly - Identify and document defects, track their resolution, and ensure that all issues are addressed effectively - Provide regular status updates and communicate test results to stakeholders - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve software quality - Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies - Mentor and train junior team members on best practices in software testing Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools - Proficient in designing and executing test cases, writing test plans, and analyzing test results - Familiarity with Agile software development processes and experience in working with Agile teams - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and identify solutions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Junit, or Pytest, is a plus - Certification in software testing, such as ISTQB or CSQA, is preferred
