Senior Executive – Data & AI

Firstsource Solutions Limited is hiring a Senior Executive in the Data & AI domain to join their Enterprise Transformation Office in Bangalore. This role is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated business analysts to work on digital solution development, critical business analysis, and strategic transformation projects across various sectors. Candidates will engage in high-priority initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and drive innovation using analytics and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities - Conduct process analysis, opportunity assessments, and lead stakeholder workshops. - Perform business analysis including capability assessment, business process analysis, financial analysis, and feasibility studies. - Elicit requirements and develop functional specification documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process maps. - Ensure proper communication and tracking of requirements between business, development, and testing teams. - Act as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to foster collaboration and build strong relationships. - Support research, analytics, and data-gathering activities for business initiatives. - Maintain and update a repository of standard proposal content and templates. - Assist in the development of marketing, product, and capability collaterals. - Apply critical thinking to solve business problems with digital and AI solutions. - Support project tracking and reporting activities for strategic initiatives. - Analyze and document customer journeys and business workflows. - Contribute to developing AI/data-driven solutions to improve processes. - Deliver presentations and storytelling to diverse audiences. - Collaborate across various business units and functional teams. - Uphold Firstsource's standards of communication, quality, and ethical conduct.
