Primary Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming Service Department phone calls.
- Directs Caller to appropriate Service Advisor or Individual or takes a thorough message.
- Provides Excellent Customer Service.
- Closes Repair Order’s for the Service Department.
- Assists Service Advisor Staff with communication with Customers.

Required Experience:
* Knowledge of CDK/ADP systems a plus
* 1-2 years previous Receptionist experience in a Dealership preferred, but not required
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Professional appearance and work ethic
* Superior Customer Service skills
* Strong mathematical ability
Required Education:
* High school diploma or the equivalent
