Key Responsibilities: Shift Timings- 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM 5 Days Working Conduct audits of mortgage underwriting decisions to ensure adherence to internal policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory standards. Analyze underwriting files for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with lending criteria. Identify trends, risk factors, and potential compliance issues in underwriting processes, escalating concerns as necessary. Provide feedback and recommendations to underwriters and leadership based on audit findings. Generate reports on audit results and present to leadership. Stay updated on industry regulations, investor requirements, and mortgage underwriting best practices.
