The RoleAs our Clinical Intake Associate, you will be the you will be the first professional point of contact for individuals seeking help. Your goal is to conduct high-impact discovery calls, understand patient needs, and bridge them to their first deep-dive therapy session.
What You’ll Do- Therapeutic Matching: Use your clinical knowledge to match patients with the right therapist on our team.
- Conversion & Growth: Guide patients to commit to their healing journey by booking their first session (at an exclusive introductory rate).
- Patient Success: Manage the scheduling pipeline and ensure a "zero-drop" experience from the first call to the first session.
Who You Are- Educational Background: You must hold (or be in the final semester of) a Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical or Counseling preferred).
- High EQ: You can navigate sensitive conversations with warmth, patience, and professional boundaries.
- The "Hustle" Mindset: You understand that in a startup, speed is a service. You are comfortable putting in the effort and driving results.
- Communication: Flawless verbal communication in English and Hindi (Ability to switch between professional and colloquial "Hinglish" is a plus).
