We run India's first store led fashion quick-commerce network. That means our biggest lever isn't just last mile. It's the first mile: how fast and how reliably a store can pack and hand off an order once it's placed.
We're looking for someone to own that function end to end.
What you'll own:
- Store side fulfilment SLAs - inventory, pickup time, pack accuracy, rejection rate.
- Onboarding and activation of new partner stores into our ops flow (SellerOS/POS adoption).
- Building playbooks to scale from 100 stores to 1000's without breaking SLAs & SOPs.
- Being the operating link between store owners, our supply team, and the delivery layer.
- Drive seller performance through operational metrics and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with product, supply, and city operations teams to remove bottlenecks.
- Design scalable processes as we expand into new cities.
- Turn operational challenges into repeatable systems.
Who you are:
- 2-4 years in ops/supply chain - quick commerce, hyperlocal delivery, or marketplace ops background preferred.
- Comfortable being on the ground with store owners, not just on dashboards.
- Startup pace - you'll be building the playbook, not following one.
- This is a founding team ops role. If first mile breaks, everything downstream breaks, the deliveries, retention, CAC efficiency. This role is that critical.
