As the First Marketer, you will support the planning and execution of marketing activities to help Pixel Street generate leads, build brand presence, and grow its client base. You will work closely with the founders and gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of digital marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow into a core member of the marketing team.
Roles & Resposibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Support lead generation efforts through social media and online channels
- Manage and regularly post content on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Assist in running basic paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads)
- Create simple content ideas for social media and websites
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and posts
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, clicks, leads)
- Research competitors and market trends
- Suggest new ideas for marketing and growth
Required Skills
- 6 months – 1 year experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media, and paid ads
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (basic level)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic understanding of content creation and branding
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Internship or freelance experience in digital marketing
- Basic portfolio, social media page, or sample work
- Interest in working in a startup or agency environment
