- Knowledge and understanding of compliance issues and regulations and of the bank’s lending
- policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- A good working knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and tax returns.
- Good interpersonal skills and team orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn position-related software.
- Ability to effectively use general office equipment.
- Ability to supervise a staff and assist in training Credit Analyst I(s). (preferred)
- Three to five years of experience as a Credit Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree (two semesters of accounting preferred) or equivalent educational experience. (preferred)
