Enterprise Data Consultant - Solution Architect

This position supports initiatives within the Bank that improve enterprise data quality, governance, and analytics. Drives positive change across the Bank through technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Creates and maintains technical documentation related to enterprise data. Provides expert consultation to team members, the Information Technology department, and other stakeholders on tactics that achieve data management goals. Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of the Collibra platform. Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across complex data landscapes. Collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders to align governance initiatives and business objectives in support of building a future state Collibra strategy and roadmap. Lead cross-functional data governance teams and develop strategies to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Experience driving data governance transformation, fostering data stewardship culture, and achieving measurable improvements in data quality and governance practices. Experience in advanced data governance concepts, data quality management, data stewardship, and data lineage tracking. Experience in implementing and managing data governance tools and technologies to support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. Advanced knowledge of data profiling techniques, master data management, data cataloging, and metadata management. Experience working in an Agile environment, working in teams to iteratively develop and deliver data products. Experience in data governance, data management, or related roles, focusing on leading data governance projects and initiatives. Experience in data quality assessment, data remediation strategies, and data governance maturity assessments. Ensure regulatory compliance through robust data management practices. Contribute to AI and ML usage to enhance data governance experience. Create presentations and solution designs for executive leadership demos. Develops and delivers meta-governance recommendations. Translate business and technical requirements into Collibra designs, oversee the implementation and validate results.
