About the role

Duties include:

  • Inspect each plate for presentation, portion, and quality before it leaves the kitchen.
  • Communicate clearly and calmly with chefs, line cooks, and servers to keep service running smoothly.
  • Prioritize and organize multiple tickets during peak service hours.
  • Assist with garnishing, plating, and final touches when needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized expo station, ensuring all tools and supplies are ready for service.
  • Support the team in handling special requests, dietary needs, and last-minute changes.
