About the role
Duties include:
- Inspect each plate for presentation, portion, and quality before it leaves the kitchen.
- Communicate clearly and calmly with chefs, line cooks, and servers to keep service running smoothly.
- Prioritize and organize multiple tickets during peak service hours.
- Assist with garnishing, plating, and final touches when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized expo station, ensuring all tools and supplies are ready for service.
- Support the team in handling special requests, dietary needs, and last-minute changes.
