Mortgage Advisor - Islamic Financing

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor specializing in Islamic Financing to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on Sharia-compliant mortgage products to our diverse clientele, ensuring their financial needs are met while adhering to Islamic principles.* Achieve mortgage business targets by actively promoting mortgage products and cross-selling other banking products as appropriate * Offer Islamic mortgage products and services to clients, explaining complex financial concepts in simple terms * Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine their eligibility for Islamic mortgage products * Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate Sharia-compliant mortgage solutions * Stay up-to-date with UAE banking regulations and ensure all recommendations comply with Sharia law and local regulations * Collaborate with internal teams to process mortgage applications efficiently and accurately * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders * Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns * Contribute to the development of new Islamic mortgage products and services * Prepare detailed reports on market trends, client portfolios, and performance metrics * Participate in community outreach programs to educate the public about Islamic financing options
