About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven professional who is passionate about product development and quality. In this role, you will contribute to the verification and validation of electricity metering solutions, including products with advanced communication protocols.

You will perform complex integration, verification, and validation missions with a high degree of autonomy, proposing and developing effective testing solutions. The role includes leading end‑to‑end test campaigns in complex project contexts, from planning and execution to consolidated test reporting, while managing test resources and test means.

You may hold functional or hierarchical responsibility for providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support. You will help define and improve internal test procedures and best practices.

As a key representative of Integration / Verification / Validation, you will:

  • Define or contribute to test plans and test strategies (Smoke / Sanity / Regression Test) for small to medium projects or sub‑systems.
  • Design test suites aligned with customer usage and applicable standards.
  • Lead certification and qualification activities when required.
  • Manage local test setups and test organization.
  • Analyze test results with project teams and provide inputs for project and design reviews.
  • Present test results and status to project stakeholders and counterparts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and review verification & validation strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Participate in product architecture and design reviews.
  • Lead system, integration, performance, reliability, and long‑term testing.
  • Review test execution, reporting, and drive risk identification and mitigation.
  • Participate in reviews and guide new members in the team
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on quality and field issues.
  • Drive hardware–firmware integration and interoperability testing.
  • Oversee communication protocol testing (Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet, BLE, Wi‑Fi, Zigbee).
  • Promote and support test automation and KPI‑based productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, V‑model, and Agile practices.
  • Experience in system‑level Verification &Validation, integration testing, and defect management.
  • Exposure to test automation tools and scripting (LabVIEW, Python , Robot framework ).
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps , JAMA , JIRA).
  • Ability to execute firmware and functional testing aspects – metering & metrology.
  • Interest or experience in the power systems domain.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Hands on experience in operation of 3 Ph Source like MTE , Fluke , Omicron independetly.
  • Basic Knowledge in Cyber Security
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in EEE
  • 5-8 years of working experience in electrical or electronics product test Leadership.
