Job Title: Firmware Engineer – Embedded Systems
Location: Gurgaon / Manesar (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Firmware Engineer to help scale our systems from prototype validation to production-ready vehicle platforms. This role will be responsible for developing robust, production-grade firmware for both our electric vehicles and automated battery swap stations.
You will work across vehicle platforms, from mule to pre-beta and production systems, building reliable embedded control software, optimizing system performance, and ensuring scalable firmware architecture.
Responsibilities
- Development, optimization, debugging, and validation of firmware for implementing clean, modular, and scalable firmware using Embedded C.
- Build and maintain model-based development workflows using MATLAB Simulink.
- Develop and validate communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, UART, and peripheral interfaces like ADC, PWM, GPIO, etc.
- Support firmware optimization for performance, reliability, safety, and production readiness.
- Maintain a structured and reusable firmware architecture across all vehicle development stages
- Collaborate closely with electrical, controls, robotics, and vehicle integration teams for system validation.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in Embedded C and microcontroller programming.
- Hands-on with NXP microcontrollers, peripherals (CAN, LIN, UART, ADC, PWM).
- Familiar with Git or any version control system.
- Experience or coursework in MATLAB, Simulink, and model-based design workflows.
- Good understanding of real-time embedded systems, debugging tools, and system integration.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to automotive ECUs, EV systems, or robotics projects.
- Experience in developing reusable firmware libraries.
Soft Skills

Ability to work collaboratively in small, fast-moving teams.
