Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Supervisor located in Delhi, India. The Fire Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing fire safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring proper functionality of firefighting equipment, and leading emergency response measures. The individual will also train and guide personnel on fire safety practices and collaborate with management to enforce safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in fire safety protocols, fire prevention strategies, and hazard identification
- Experience in managing firefighting equipment and conducting routine maintenance checks
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills; ability to supervise and guide emergency response teams
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under high-pressure situations
- Prior experience in a fire safety role or certification in fire safety management is preferred
- Relevant certifications or training in emergency response and firefighting procedures
