Title: Senior Fire & Safety Manager – Head

Location: Noida

Experience:

• 12-20 years of relevant experience in fire and safety management
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex safety operations
• Experience working in IT parks, industrial setups, or large corporate environments preferred

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fire & Safety Manager – Head to lead and oversee all fire prevention, safety compliance, and emergency response operations. The role involves managing a team of 17 safety professionals, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Fire & Safety department, including a team of 17 members
• Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national fire and safety regulations
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections
• Design and execute emergency response plans, evacuation drills, and training sessions
• Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; implement corrective actions
• Maintain fire safety equipment, systems, and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workplace safety standards
• Prepare and present safety reports to senior management

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety systems, standards, and regulations
• Risk assessment and hazard identification expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Crisis management and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in safety audit tools and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire & Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety / Fire Safety (preferred)
• Additional certifications like NEBOSH / IOSH will be an advantage
